Ralph McQuarrie, Hoth at twilight
gender is a performance and i am but a reluctant backstage emo whose parents made them sign up for tech crew as an Extracurricular
my answer to "is water wet?" will always change based on what is the funniest/most frustrating response at any given time
- water is not wet by the technical definition of "wet"
- yes water is wet by the common cultural understanding of "water" and "wet," anything else is just pedantic.
- wet is defined as "covered or saturated with water or another liquid." so water itself cannot be wet, unless it is covered or saturated with another liquid, which is tricky but doable
- wet is defined as "covered or saturated with water or another liquid" so all amounts of water are wet with the except of the outermost molecular layer (which covers the rest of the water, and makes it wet)
- water is either wet, dry, or moist depending on its current temperature
- water is only wet if u touch it
sick of this anti-aging obsession. let's go in the opposite direction. i want more characters who are hardened & grizzled & have a face lined with the harrowing tribulations of time--and then halfway through the narrative u find out they're 27
